Under his guidance, the organization operates with a "one company" philosophy that maximizes its resources and expertise on projects and business pursuits. His leadership exemplifies a strong family culture, advocating a continued commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety, ethics, and core values. In the 40+ years Ron has headed up the organization, he has developed many relationships among decision makers and industry professionals. Ron has advanced comprehensive solutions to the challenges of design, construction and management of large irrigation projects, with an emphasis on new technologies and the implementation of water conservation methods.

Joel Newberg - Principle Mr. Newberg has been a respected partner in the irrigation industry for over forty years. During that time he has had a major influence in the planning, construction and the successful completion of many major irrigation projects. He has seen the industries many changes and technological advancements and applies this knowledge uniquely to each project. He has been called on as an industry spokesman and has appeared on TV and seminars. He continues to stay in the forefront of the industry by attending numerous continuing education seminars and workshops earning IA and manufacturers certifications. Jamie Newberg,General Manager
Jamie Newberg - General Manager JAMIE NEWBERG took over managing Irrigation Technical Services in December of 2017. He has a family history in the commercial irrigation industry and grew up in the business. Jamie obtained his Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor license (CLIA) and is Baseline Certified. He currently oversees the day to day operations of ITS including commercial irrigation repairs, pumps and controls and water management.

Daniel Hodges - Pump and Controls Director For many years, Mr. Hodges has provided a wide range of expertise to the industry. Included in his background and expertise are electrical, electronics, hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, as well as system integration. He also provides ITS technicians with field and classroom training which allows them to perform diagnostics at a level that is unsurpassed in the industry.
