Ron Newberg is the President and Founder of Irrigation Concepts, Inc., Newberg Irrigation, Inc., and Irrigational Technical Services, Inc. Under his guidance, the organization operates with a "one company" philosophy that maximizes its resources and expertise on projects and business pursuits. His leadership exemplifies a strong family culture, advocating a continued commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety, ethics, and core values. In the 40+ years Ron has headed up the organization, he has developed many relationships among decision makers and industry professionals. Ron has advanced comprehensive solutions to the challenges of design, construction and management of large irrigation projects, with an emphasis on new technologies and the implementation of water conservation methods.
JOEL NEWBERG has been a respected partner in the irrigation industry for over forty years. During that time he has had a major influence in the planning, construction and the successful completion of many major irrigation projects. He has seen the industries many changes and technological advancements and applies this knowledge uniquely to each project. He has been called on as an industry spokesman and has appeared on TV and seminars. He continues to stay in the forefront of the industry by attending numerous continuing education seminars and workshops earning IA and manufacturers certifications. Jon Newberg has been involved in the irrigation industry for the past 18 years, primarily as a project coordinator, superintendent, estimator and installer. He’s attended St. Petersburg College for business management and has been a long-time resident of the St. Petersburg area. His goal is to continue the family tradition through innovative irrigation design, professional installation, and environmentally friendly water management of irrigation systems while maintaining a positive employee working environment.
